This video was created for the National Center of Women in Technology (NCWIT) Pacesetters program, intended to increase awareness of the variety of careers available to women in computing-related fields and careers. It describes what I do, why I'm passionate about my job, and how my work makes an impact. Michon Williams is currently a Senior Program and Technology Engagement Manager for RBC's Retail Program, focused on managing and maturing new and evolving retail technologies in the bank's network of over 1,200 branches across Canada.
